Where are you located?
We are on Parkview Avenue on the south side of the street just east of LaMontana Drive. Our entrance faces East.

How can I pay?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express,

Can I leave a tip on my credit card?
Yes, we do accept gratuities on credit cards or checks. 

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Russo  Salon has a 24 hour cancellation policy.  A credit card number will be required to secure chemical services.  Please give us the courtesy of canceling at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, otherwise we will need to charge you the full service price. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you accept returns on retail products?
Of course we do. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a product, please return it within two weeks of your purchase, and we will give you a store credit for the amount of your original purchase...no questions asked.  We want you to find the product that is right for you. If you are a regular client, we will have a record of your purchase.  For retail only clients, we will need a receipt.
